Our Story

Established in 2026, Seacow Co. is owned and run by brother-sister duo Jason and Michelle Becker. Michelle runs the store and marketing out of Burnaby, British Columbia. Jason handmakes and dispatches the products out of Toronto, Ontario with help from his sons Henry and Eddie, as well as the indispensable Nanna Jane and Grandad Phil.

Here, Jason shares the origin story of SEACOW products:

Seacow Co. grew out of a simple idea: use real ingredients, respect where they came from, and make something that works. My background as a chef and butcher taught me that nothing should go to waste, and good materials speak for themselves. After years of making tallow for a big company, I wanted to create products that felt more personal.

What started in the kitchen is now a small-batch, Canadian-made skincare line. Each tin is blended with locally sourced, grass-fed beef tallow and other ingredients of natural origin formulated to protect the skin from the elements while nourishing the skin. Every batch is rendered, poured, and packed by hand, using minimal ingredients and low-impact, eco-friendly practices.

SEACOW products are built on straightforward function and honest materials. No fillers, no shortcuts - just skincare that does its job and holds up to real use. At the end of the day, our tallow products exist to help you enjoy your skin.
